standard action activation, this glove conjures a blade as per the Black blade of disaster spell, except as below. the blade cant leave your gloved hand or its magic unravels and after 5 rounds, disappears or the gloves are destroyed by its magic and everything in a 15ft radius burst needs to make a saving throw.

Black blade is a DM spell. It's just a shame they didn't give it a CR when they gave one to bigby's hand.. That being said Blade of Disaster has one niche use, against bosses. Meteor Swarm can't damage the same creature more than once and Blade of Disaster's concentration allows the caster to use it multiple rounds in a row all against.
