In this recipe, we will be making Chicken Lemper, a traditional savoury Indonesian snack made with glutinous rice with shredded chicken filling and wrapped in lotus leaves. It is the Southeast asian version of the Japanese Onigiri. It is often eaten as a hearty snack or after 2-3 of them, a filling meal!
