As soon as August turned into September, a plethora of pumpkin-flavored treats hit the stores, from lattes to bagels. Among various orange-tinged offerings this year is a new flavor from M&M's: Pumpkin Spice.

Blend butter, sugars, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat in eggs. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add to sugar/egg mixture. Mix until well-blended. Stir in 1 c. M&M's. Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Decorate tops of cookies with remaining M&M's. Bake at 375 degrees 10 minutes or until golden brown.
